Going On Strike Tomorrow (3/21) [EDIT]

So as you may know, Livejournal is currently run by weasels. There's a strike on tomorrow to protest their weasely ways: provide them with no new content for 24 hours, meaning no new posts and no new comments. The idea is that in exclusively catering to their advertisers and paid accounts, they neglect the crucial fact that what they are actually peddling, what draws advertisers and paid accounts alike to their site, is content-- people come here to read other people, and if they pay to be here, or if advertisers pay to be here, it is because we writer types provide a reason to be here, which is reading our awesome writing. Without us, they would cease to be, so a little respect please. Capisce? So: intensive catchup on comments today, strike tomorrow. I will not be here tomorrow, neither posting nor commenting, and I encourage all of you to do the same. If you must reach me to tell me how stunningly brilliant I am, or if you cannot wait 24 hours for me to tell you how stunningly brilliant the latest installment of your serial story is, please do e-mail me at discretionsbetterpart AT gmail DOT com. (I strongly encourage this, to keep me from going into eljay shock.)
Also, I'm thinking about setting up my own website to host the Slave Breakers stories. I'd keep posting here, as well, probably-- or at least set up an rss feed-- but I'd kind of like my own site to play with, and I really am sick of all LJ's BS. If anyone knows anything about setting up websites and would like to help a poor technophobe* out, please let me know!
*Relatively speaking. I know my basic HTML tags, but I still write on the chalkboard at school because I'm afraid of the overhead projector.
